Know What You Want

Don’t just think of that small thing that you think you want, no! You need to sit down and really think about the type of life you desire. What is the biggest thing you desire that will transform your mind, soul, and life? That’s what you need to focus on!

To process this step you’ll need to consider the following areas of life:

  • Relationships
  • Work and Business
  • Experiences
  • Material Items
  • Health and Fitness

What type of relationship will make you feel happier so you feel supported with your mission to achieve your biggest desires?

What type of work makes you feel excited to get up and start doing the tasks?

What experiences are you hoping to have throughout your life?

What material items do you want to have and will they help you feel happier?

What type of health and fitness goals do you need to work on in order to achieve your biggest desires?

These are all good questions to ask during this first step in achieving your biggest desire. Some areas may not pertain to you, and that’s fine! Just skip any of the areas above that don’t resonate with you during this process.

Know You Can Have Anything, but Not Everything

This is the number one reason so many people start the process of positive thinking, budgeting & saving, or working on their money mindset but give up! We live in a world where instant gratification is everywhere we turn.

Grab your smartphone and log into social media. You’ll see tons of likes, comments, and reactions within minutes of posting something. Social media has created a world where people forget to be patient and eventually lose focus.

We’re always looking for the next big thing when we should be strictly focused on our biggest desires and practicing daily habits to get there. You may not have everything you want but you can have anything you want.

This means that it’s possible to get all that you desire, given the right time and focus. When you work through this activity to think about what your biggest desire is and what type of life you want, take the time to truly envision what your world would be like when you attain these desires.

How will you feel?

What type of person will you be?

What activities or tasks will be removed from your daily life because they don’t pertain to this mission?

Making a goal to stick with creating the life you truly desire and deserve will take a lot of self-discipline. You’re going to put a pause or stop to some daily habits, like aimlessly surfing social media, so that you can remain strictly focused on this new goal.

Most people write their desires down so that they have a visual reminder. This visual reminder, much like a vision board, helps keep your mind focused on this new mission. You’ll find that most of your daily life changes as you work on this process. New opportunities will arise that align with your biggest desire.

Just one small actionable step each day will help the Universe bring to you the experiences, opportunities, and tools you need to succeed. You just need to keep your mind focused, and use positive affirmations while you sleep to train your subconscious mind.

Here at Learn.Grow.Master, we help others expand their mind so that they can achieve their biggest desire. It takes time. It takes patience. It takes dedication. BUT one thing’s for sure; everyone we help eventually attains that one big desire and feels more joyous than they have in years.

  1. I think the best piece of advice in this entire post is realizing that you can have anything you want but not everything you want. Too many people don’t understand that.

  2. Great post! A lot of people want it all. However, focusing on what you have and what is obtainable is more manageable. I’m not saying you can’t have something extraordinary, but it needs to be a focus and take those small steps toward it every day!

  3. I work hard everyday – taking care of the family, doing housework, etc. I do have some dreams that I feel I should give up on, but I am still hoping, still striving, still surviving.

  4. I love this. I always try to do my best and reach for all my hopes and goals. All you can do is keep trying and working hard.

  5. I love the lessons you are trying to say in this article. It’s like just be patient ,focus and realistic.

  6. Biggest Desire is the biggest challenging on our lives and we all know is not an easy to do or to make it mostly you need to work hard to get your desire on my perspective. Awesome topic.

  7. Yes, I already used a vision board before and it really helped me getting a clearer look of how I want to achieve the goals in my life.

  8. I really want to be able to stay committed to something in the long term. I need to work on this more, thank you for this post
